Here are a pair of free videos on YouTube.

The first is titled A Quick Introduction to Lean Thinking and it is brought to you by the NHS group Institute for Innovation and Improvement. Some of the graphics and examples of Lean in healthcare are useful.

The second is a brief interview with John Seddon, author of Freedom from Command and Control. Titled What can we learn from the Toyota Production System? there are some quotable moments here as well.

I'm interested to the application of lean in services like healtcare
