Gemba Academy Lean Training Package Now on DVD

We are quite excited here at Gemba that only 9 months after launching our online lean training venture Gemba Academy we have released 64 videos and 30 hours of training content. Thanks to strong urging from instructors and learners around the world who do not want to be tied to an internet connection, all courses are now also available on DVD..

We offer the choice of a fully online learning solution, set of 9 DVDs for the complete lean package, or DVDs only. We currently have courses on these subjects which can be purchased individually or as a complete package:

Students of the Toyota Way may be particularly interested in our latest course, the 8 Step Practical Problem Solving course which details the Toyota Business Practice (TBP) methodology, as well as many supporting tools for root cause analysis. We have an ambitious curriculum development plan for 2010 to fulfill our purpose to remove barriers to lean learning and implementation.
