Here is just a quick note about some upcoming lean training opportunities.

Free Leader Standard Work & TPM Training Denton, TX

If you are in or near Dallas, Texas next week, Tuesday February 15th, be sure to take advantage of this chance to learn from Mike Wroblewski, one of North America's most experienced and committed lean teachers. Leader Standard Work: How leaders can use the proven principles of standard work to structure their daily work around going to gemba, kaizen and developing their people.

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): You will learn what TPM is and how it helps any organization who cannot afford unplanned equipment downtime.

5S & Visual Management Training Minneapolis, MN

Lean Benchmarking in Japan: May 2011 Date Added

Our lean tours in Japan have been getting better and better over the years. I will be leading one in April and look forward seeing all of the improvements.
