Gemba Academy and Kaizen Institute jointly offers a free webinar, "Daily Standards for the Lean Supervisor." Steve Burkhalter, a Kaizen Institute senior consultant and former Group Leader at Toyota will share his insights.

He will contrast the leadership paradigms of traditional supervisors and lean supervisors, define the 10 standards of daily lean supervision, and explain how to maintain these within lean daily management system. Steve will also discuss how supervisors can improve their own performance and promote lean by just focusing on the 5 Key Needs shared by all company employees.
